Gary Wang has served as Vice President of Human Resources, APAC, and Co-Lead of Global Human Resources since 2018. Prior to joining BeiGene, Mr. Wang served in various human resources leadership positions for Johnson & Johnson. He additionally served as the Head of Human Resources for the company’s research and development organizations, and J&J Innovation Asia Pacific. Prior to that, Mr. Wang was the head of Johnson & Johnson’s Talent Acquisition China team. Mr. Wang also served as the senior Human Resources Business Partner for Janssen. Prior to entering the healthcare industry, Mr. Want spent approximately a decade in the technology industry, where he worked in human resources roles for The MathWorks, Symantec, and BEA Systems Inc.

Mr. Wang received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Beijing Institute of Tourism and his EMBA from Tsinghua University.
